Greenpeace uses non-violent, creative confrontation to expose global environmental problems and their causes, researches solutions and their alternatives. World Images represents UK rights to the Greenpeace archive – a unique collection of footage, dating back to the 1970s, showing Greenpeace campaigns past and present. Whaling, global warming, renewable energy, incineration, GM (genetic modification), toxics, oceans (whaling), ancient forests (logging), nuclear (power, reprocessing and waste) and Star Wars (the US government’s National Missile Defence programme).

As well as campaigning footage, general material and many more subjects are available.
