Company background

Founded in 1991, World Television originally specialised in supporting NGOs with their broadcast strategies.

Our acquisition of Reuters Corporate Television in 1998 saw us move into the areas of corporate production and live events. The following year we began to produce British Satellite News on behalf of the UK’s Foreign and Commonwealth Office, continuing to deliver the service through until October 2009.

A merger in 2004 with Virtue Broadcasting further strengthened our international network, and gave us market-leading proprietary software for the delivery of live webcasts. We developed new products and expanded our staff and client bases.

Today, World Television is one of the world’s leading video communications agencies for companies, governments and international organisations. We produce and distribute high-quality video from offices in London, Stockholm, Zurich, Geneva, Cologne, Frankfurt and Madrid. Our clients include professionals working in public relations, sales and marketing, internal communications and investor relations.

Last year we delivered thousands of webcasting, multimedia and broadcast projects in 35 countries, on five continents, and in 15 languages.
